The concept of mentorship came early for Raphael. His grandfather, who was his role model at the very young age, has also indirectly become mentor...teaching and advising on life lessons which would eventually help shape his adulthood.
It wasn't until his mid 20's Raphael realized that until that point he was mentored by his grand father, and to achieve the things you never had you need to model those that have gone through what you plan on doing.
Since the time Raphael went into Direct Sales and Real Estate, the search for the right mentors hasn't stopped. It was the quickest way to achieve success, to follow in the footsteps of those who have done it.
Eventually others have started calling him their mentor for helping them either reach their financial goals or grow their careers and or business.
Today, although Raphael gets a chance to mentor hundreds of business owners, directly and indirectly, he still pursues to seek the right mentors to reach the next level of his life and business. He strongly believes there is no end to learning. Growth is never ending, and every-time you reach your goal it is important to set a new one. Mentorship is a shortcut that allows us to become the person who we were destined to be, and if mentorship can transform into coaching with accountability, that is priceless.
